Seven couples from Hungary, who are staying as refugees at the refugee centre Kolthove in Epe, get married in the council house of Epe. The town clerk Roest talks to the couples through a translator, after which the couples say 'I will' to eachother. In the Roman Catholic church six of the seven marriages are celebrated by a priest, after which the photographer takes a picture of the seven couples.
