Aspiring policemen are theoretically and practically prepared for their work as a policeman during a one-year course at the police academy in Leusden. In Leusden they have a practicing street at their disposal, containing a police station, a bank building, a shop and a bar, where they can act out real situations by roleplaying. Students are also trained in self defense and take shooting lessons. REACTION of an aspiring officer taking the course.
