A comic one-act play from a series featuring the duo of Lee Moran and Eddie Lyons, in which an aristocratic a girl embraces someone from a pub in a poor neighbourhood to find out whether her fiancé really loves her. A girl from a genteel background suggests to her friends and to her fiancé Eddie that they all to go to an “apache basement”, that is, a bar in a poor neighbourhood (Jim's Place) where wild dancing takes place, and where an orchestra with black musicians is playing. The girl flirts and dances with “Tall Janus” to make her fiancé jealous, and it works.
