Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
On the cattle market in Den Bosch the 100.000th cow is delivered. This event is being celebrated with some festivities. SHOTS: - Buildings of the cattle market: cows, farmers and cattle merchants; - mayor mr. H.J.M. Loeff hangs a wreath on the celebrated cow; - a procession walks through the streets of Den Bosch; two policemen in front, bicycle in hand; then the cow with accompanists; at last the militairy musical corps; - on the square next to the city hall, the cow and accompanists (in uniforms) receive gifts from the mayor: the cow gets some cattle cookies; the accompanist receives some wooden shoes amongst other things.
