Swimming lessons for soldiers in an indoor swimming pool. SHOTS: - group of marching soldiers on the streets with towels under their arms; - arrival of the soldiers at the swimming pool; - soldiers in bathing suit practice arm and leg stroke on the pool side, following instructions from the swimming instructor; - soldiers with floating equipment enter the pool via the stairs and repeat the exercises whilst floating in the water; - Soldiers jump from the pool side into the water and practice their leg stroke whilst holding the railing; - following instructions from the instructor, soldiers jump from the diving board in sitting position.
