The contest 'Children design their own wallpaper', which is organised by the Huishoudbeurs (Home Exhibition) and a wallpaper factory. At a school in Hoofddorp the children design their own wallpaper during art class. The 12-year-old Jan Buis wins the contest and receives a roll of his own wallpaper, which he looks at with his parents and uses to wallpaper his room.
