A national contest for building model airplanes has been organized to interest boys fo aviation and the profession of pilot. The participants have made a model of a Tiger Moth biplane training aircraft as a required assignment. At the Ministry of Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management the submissions are inspected. The director general of the Rijksluchtvaartdienst (Civil Aviation Authority), mr. Bakker, gives the start signal for flying demonstrations of the model airplanes by line control at the Binnenhof.
