Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
People spraying paint on a rotating paper for two Dutch guilder in Amsterdam. Because of the rotating paper some special results start to emerge. The paper eventually is put in a frame. This special technique is invented by Salvador Dalí. The statue Rembrandt on the Rembrandtplein is also to be seen.
