Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
To cope with the housing problems amongst students of the Polythechnic in Delft, student volunteers are building a small simple student village made up of wooden emergency houses on the edge of the city. SHOTS: - ext. and int. main building of the Polytechnic: students enter and register, a.o. a shaven "feut" (freshman); - students walk through the streets; look at an ad for a room; - young men at work on the construction of houses; - ext. and int. of student village.
