Closing session of the Round Table Conference with the West. It is held in the conference room of the Senate in The Hague between the Netherlands, Suriname and the Netherlands Antilles, chaired by Prime Minister dr. Willem Drees sr.. The Dutch delegation is led by prof. W.J.A. Kernkamp, Minister of Overseas Territories, the Netherlands Antilles delegation is led by dr. M.F. da Costa Gomez and the Suriname delegation is led by mr. dr. R.H. Pos. An agreement is reached on the draft statute for a new legal order in the Kingdom. With closing speeches by Kernkamp, Pos, Da Costa Gomez and Drees.
