Week number 63-10
Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
Harvest of sweet potatoes on the island of St. Eustatius. The green of the potatoes is eaten by a donkey and a boy writes the origin of the potatoes on a bag. The potatoes are transportesd to the coast and temporarily stored in warehouses in the Oranje Bay. From there they're taken to the coaster Antilla in a rowing boat. Because of the perishability of the potatoes they're harvested only a few days before the Antilla arrives.
