Elections for the States on the Netherlands Antilles. Following the riots on Curaçao on the 30th of May snap elections are called. In Willemstad, people vote for 12 of the 22 seats. The other seats belong to Aruba, Bonaire and the SSS islands. The Democratic Party of Ciro Kroon and their coalition partners get 11 seats. The Workers Party of unionleader Papa Wilson Godet, which was established after the 30th of May, gets three seats. Also with empty places where houses that were burned down during the riots once stood, election posters and a polling station.
