Announcement of the foundation of the "Legioen der Welwillende Weggebruikers" (Legion of Considerate Road Users) to increase the courtesy in traffic, so the road safety will increase. SHOTS: - speech by the secretary of the Koninklijke Nederlandse Automobiel Club (Royal Dutch Automobile Club, KNAC), B.Ph. van Harinxma thoe Slooten who announces the campaign "Ready for courtesy in the streets" and the foundation of the Legion. The shots of the speech are alternated with a medium shot of a driving car with a falg of the campaign on the bumper and shots of riding motorcycles, cars and bicycles and a postmark; - cars and bicycle stop for two old men crossing the street and another car gives right of way to a horse-and-cart; - group cyclers drives on the right side; - sign post displays "stop" sign, after which a girl with a dog crosses the street; - people push broken-down car off the road; - car drives through puddle an splashes a woman with a dog. Note: part of teh shots are followed by a man in historical costume taking off his head.
