The traffic police in The Hague tries out a new method to control the traffic at a crossing. SHOTS: - High shot of a crossing with trams, cars, bicycles, pedestrians, in the middle is a policeman on a pedestal; - next to the policeman is a lamppost with an installation attached to it, with in it a very loud bell(?) (according to the symbol on the installation); - policeman makes a stop sign, moves a switch (?) on the lamppost.
