Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
Introduction of the new traffic rules, in which cars and mopeds are no longer allowed to pass eachother near a pedestrian crossing and cars aren't allowed to stop on the hard shoulder. With staged shots of cars that don't stop for a pedestrian crossing, cars filtering in from a hard shoulder and a hitchhiker getting a ticket for hitchhiking on the hard shoulder.
