Parking problems in the center of Amsterdam. Workers of the municipality paint the kerbs near bridges yellow to prevent that cars will park there. They can't paint some pieces of the kerb because of parked cars. Because of the yellow kerbs there aren't any cars parked on the bridges anymore. With archive material of cars that have to wait behind a lorry on a street besides a canal and cars that are parked on a bridge, which causes a traffic jam.
