40 years existence of Veilig Verkeer Nederland (Dutch Road Safety). With newspaper articles on road casualties and archive material of horsetrams, cars in the Leidsestraat in the 1920's, a car is pulled over by the police, crash between cyclists, presentation of the VVN diploma, crossing guards, the zebra crossing, a.o. demonstrated by Max Tailleur, cash tests with a crash barrier, test for seatbelts, a crash in thick fog and driving lessons in imitation cars in front of a screen.
