Week number: 63-07
Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
People stand in line at the coal salesman. As a rsult of the frozen rivers the coals can't be transported by ship anymore and are therefore transported by train. The ships in the harbour of the Staatsmijnen (State Mines) wait until the thaw sets in. The mine industry council has decided to continue work the next two Saturdays to produce extra coals. Miners enter the mine with an elevator and win coals. The train wagons with coals arrive above ground and are emptied. The coals are washed and sorted and eventually transported by train.
