Presentation of the PC Hooft Prize of 1953 by mrs. dr. De Waal, State Secretary of Education, Arts and Sciences, to mr. F. Bordewijk in the Muiderslot. After the presentation of the document Bordewijk says a word of thanks, after which a.o. prof. Garmt Stuiveling, the writer and publisher Bert Bakker and Antoon Coolen congratulate him.
