The auction in Broek op Langedijk, which operated as a vegetables and potato auction from 1912 until 1973 where the goods were presented on a boat, has now been made into a museum. SHOTS: aerial shot of Broek op Langedijk, including auction; museum visitors look at the reconstruction of the auction; digging up of potatoes, which are then transported by boat; potatoes are made into crisps by machines in a factory.
