Week number 50-09
Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
A monument is unveiled that expresses the gratitude of the Jewish community for the help that was given during the war at the Weesper square in Amsterdam in the presence of a.o. mayor A.J. d'Ailly (with chain of office). The sculptor, Johan Wertheim, is present and sees his son cut the ribbon, after which the cloth that covers the monument comes down.
