In Tanzania seven hundred wells are struck in the Sjinyanga area with the help of Dutch experts. SHOTS: women scoop water out of a muddy pool; women with water in dishes on their heads; test drilling for a well by villagers; excavation work by villagers (with shovel and bucket) for the actual well; manually pushing along pipelines for the well; women pump water from the well.
