To have a bigger change to get a job, youth learn a trade in the Central Workshop of the committee for youth unemployment in Amsterdam. SHOTS: -Young man gives an introduction; -several shots of youth at work: a.o. woodworking; different garden works; painting and fitting glass; loading an inland vessel; transport of sand and constructing a railway embankment(?).
