Focus on the processing of cranberries, which are a.o. used in jam, compote and wine. In the Nederlands these berries only grow on Terschelling. SHOTS: cranberry plants on Terschelling; cranberry harvest; berries are dried on screens; sorting of berries by hand; berries are cooked in a large pan; machine fills jars with cranberry jam; juice is squized from the berries; bottles are filled half automatic with wine and labelled.
