In the presence of former mayor G. van Hall, alderman Th.C.M.A. Elsenburg hands the first inhabitants of the Bijlmermeer, the Copray family, the keys to their new six-roomed apartment in the block of flats Hoogoord. After that the furniture is unloaded from the moving van and taken into the block of flats. Also the construction of other blocks of flats and several old houses in the Bijlmermeer.
