Minister G.H. Veringa of Education and Sciences opens the new building of the Stichting Film en Wetenschap (Film and Science Foundation) in Utrecht by answering a multiple choice question. With a.o. a studio complex where a class is recorded on video. These programmes are meant for the classes of the thirteen universities and colleges that use these facilities. In the new dentistry department of the University of Utrecht a videotape on the treatment of cavities is shown during a practical class for 300 students. Afterwards the students practice on a model, during which they can have individual contact with their teacher by microphone.
