Opening of the new building of the Harbour vocational school in Rotterdam. The discarded ship by the quay has been converted into the school ship Jan Backx. Students receive lessons in tying knots, the loading and unloading of miniature pallets, gymnastics and drawing. During their break they sit in the dining room.
