Minister Cals of Education, Arts and Sciences opens the restored student association building of the Catholic students in Delft by pressing a button, after which an astronaut is launched. With footage of a.o. the dining room of this association in the former St. Barbara monastery. Students visit another student in his students' house, with a.o. the kitchen and a roof terrace and shots of the University of Technology and new student flats on the edge of the city.
