Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
A sports competition is held between the men of the SS and Polizei units based in the Netherlands, the German SS in the Netherlands, the Hitlerjugend and the Jeugdstorm (Youth Storm, a sort of Dutch Hitlerjugend) in and around the SS training school 'Avegoor' in Ellecom. Winner at the cross-country is Pluimakers of the Jeugstorm.
